These terms apply when you use the public RiserScout website, which Fevezo LLC d/b/a RiserScout operates. The service terms cover a RiserScout account and the service itself.

What this site is

Product information and a complete example on fictional data. Using the site creates no account, subscription, payment or customer relationship.

Acceptable use

Use the site to evaluate the product and research the company. Do not interfere with how it runs, try to get in where you are not meant to, flood it with automated requests, or use the brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Intellectual property

The site, the product name, the visual identity, the copy and the original materials belong to or are licensed to Fevezo LLC. Third-party names and source materials belong to their owners.

Reliance and professional advice

RiserScout is not a permitting authority. Coverage and timing vary by source, the official record is the one that counts, and a filing doesn't mean work is available or open to bid.
