- What you receive
- New and changed sprinkler and standpipe records in your selected covered areas, up to ten in each weekly brief, each with the public record behind it. Sources are checked every day.
- The complete price
- $249 a month for one profile (your trades and selected NYC boroughs or one other supported city). Renews monthly until you cancel.
- What to have ready
- Your trades and selected covered areas. Nothing to upload.
- Your team's responsibilities
- Deciding which filings are worth pursuing, and checking whether the work is open.
- Refunds and cancellation
- Full refund of the first month within 14 days of the first brief if you ask, once per customer. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. A month with a missed brief is credited without your asking.

Before you pay
Before any charge, your workspace shows exactly which sources and areas your profile covers. A profile with nothing covered is not sold a subscription. Payment is by card on Stripe's checkout page.
Any U.S. business whose documents or records the product can process may buy. Current coverage is stated on the supported scope page.

Can I add boroughs later?
Yes — the profile is yours to change; the brief follows the covered areas and trades it shows.
What happens on renewal?
The same profile, another month of briefs, the same price. A price change would apply only from a renewal at least 30 days after we tell you.
