Source coverage
Businesses across the U.S. can use RiserScout for NYC work. Current records cover sprinkler and standpipe filings in New York City, rather than construction throughout the country.
Official source: NYC DOB NOW ↗
Prepare a useful starting point
New York City's DOB NOW job filings and permits in any of the five boroughs — Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island — for sprinkler and standpipe work. The brief shows filings new or changed in the week they appear, not a back catalogue.
The plan's included quantity describes the digest or docket. It does not promise every record published by the authority. Inspect confirmed coverage before payment.
Public sources may publish after an event. The record date and the date it was read are not a statement about conditions today.
A period can have nothing new that fits. The result should make that clear; it is different from a missed delivery, which is covered by the service terms.
A clear boundary
Not a claim that work is unassigned or open to bid, not complete or real-time coverage, not permit filing.
Check the current filing and permits, determine whether relevant work is available and decide whom to contact.
